Shipping

Orders are processed in 1 business day.  Orders placed on Holidays or weekends are processed on the following business day.

  • Tracking numbers will be emailed once the item has shipped.
  • At times, packages may be lost or stolen, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once you have received a tracking number and/or email confirmation stating the purchase has been delivered.

Returns


It is important to us that you are completely happy with your purchase. If you feel the product you have received is not what you were expecting, we are happy to issue a return (shipping costs to be paid by the buyer). If you are not satisfied with your order, please return within 14 days of delivery.  Sale items are final and nonrefundable.. In the case where we made a shipping error, we will gladly cover the cost of postage for an exchange or return of the items.

Personalized items may not be returned. We will accept returns on personalized orders if we made an error. We are not responsible for any typographical errors entered at the time of purchase.

  • Items must be in original packaging and unopened.
  • Any promotional discount given will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Curated & Custom Orders

Curated items can take anywhere from 7-10 days for delivery once shipped.  If you have a question regarding a custom order, please email annikkaandkoko@gmail.com

Several of our products can be ordered and received between 7-10 business days. Should you need an item that has limited inventory or out of stock, simply email us at annikkaandkoko@gmail.com with the item request, we would be happy to check availability and how quickly the items can be delivered.

Do you have a theme we currently do not have in stock?

We are happy to help find and order items to fit your theme at no extra charge. Send us an email or message, we would love to coordinate with you on ideas and availability.
